A software publisher, doing the same job since 2012
SYMATIQUE was founded in Tunis in 2012. It describes itself as a software publisher specialising in information technology and business consulting, whose purpose is to support companies from the design of information systems through to putting them in place.
Four solutions carry its name: Swifto ERP, Smart SALES, Follow ME and Renoutet. Publishing a product rather than reselling it changes the rhythm of the work: what is written one year is maintained, interfaced and improved in the years that follow.
Not every project is Tunisian. The “Why choose us” page published by SYMATIQUE reports work delivered in Canada, Tunisia and France, and a working knowledge of the Cobit, Mehari and ISO 27000 frameworks.

Four disciplines, under one roof
These are the four things SYMATIQUE knows how to do and publishes. If one of them is yours, the rest of this page is for you.

Software development SYMATIQUE publishes its own products and lists its software delivery methodologies among its strengths. Writing, reviewing, correcting, developing further: this is the discipline most widely represented in the company.

Interfacing and connectivity Making a product talk to the tools already installed at the client's site, rather than replacing them. “Interfacing” and “Integration” are two of the eight stages the company sets out on its website.

Consulting and audit SYMATIQUE publishes an information security consulting offer in three parts — strategic, tactical and operational — and an audit and compliance offer conducted by certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditors.

Training and support Software delivered is not software adopted. “Training” and “24/7 support” close the project chain SYMATIQUE sets out, and keep teams busy all year round.
Eight stages, set out by the company itself
SYMATIQUE has shown the same sequence on its website for years. Here it is, in order: it is the path a project follows, and therefore yours.

A young team, and the common interest first
Of the eight values it publishes, SYMATIQUE devotes one entirely to its team: a team that is “seasoned, young, dynamic and highly ambitious”, that “forms a real family” by “putting the common interest ahead of personal interests”.
Another, called “Communication”, comes down to three verbs: listen, advise, guide. They describe the relationship with the client and say a good deal about the kind of work involved — here you do not hand over a specification, you talk with people who run a warehouse, a fleet or a production line.

We do not advertise open positions on this site. We would rather say nothing than announce what we cannot honour.

Before you write
Place of work — our offices are at 24 résidence Mehdi, rue Lac Huron, Les Berges du Lac 1, Tunis. Work is carried out mainly on site; home working is possible only occasionally, and subject to prior authorisation from management.
Internships and apprenticeships — SYMATIQUE takes on interns under formal internship agreements and does not offer apprenticeship contracts.
Your data — the information you send us is used only to consider your application. It is neither passed on nor used for any other purpose. Speculative applications are kept for six months from the date they are received.
One head office, one letterbox
Applications arrive in the same place as the rest of the post. That is deliberate: nobody is screened out by a separate mailbox.
