Six industries, one trusted address

This page does not say what we can do. It says who we do it for, in which industries, and what we commit to in return.

Our clients' voices

Three clients, and their own words

The keys to success lie in choosing new technology.
Naoufel Sassi Managing Director of El Mazraa

With Smart SALES we have been able to automate and streamline our entire commercial and operational chain: from taking orders to running production in our plants, and on through delivery and collection. This move to digital also gives us full traceability of our operations, end to end.

We chose Smart SALES together with its various modules and its Android and iOS mobile applications — Smart PAYMENT, Smart CRM, Smart SELLER and others — to support that transformation and meet the demands of our business.

That drive to innovate and digitalise is what earned us a distinction at the Forum des DSI Challenge, 2019 edition, where we won First Prize for the best innovative software against national and international companies.

The award reflects the value the solution has brought and its concrete impact on our organisation and our performance.

Mobile selling is now smoother, more effective and better steered.
Hamadi Besbes Chief Information Officer of GIPA — Selja, Olà, Ice Vegas, YAB

Since deploying the Smart SALES solution and its Smart SELLER mobile application, we have considerably improved how we track the work of our travelling sales representatives in the field.

Beyond steering sales, the solution has let us optimise our commercial coverage and hold reliable, up-to-date statistics. That data now lets us make the right decisions at the right moment, anticipate opportunities and, above all, let no sales opportunity slip by.

Smart SALES thus gives us better visibility over our commercial activity and supports us effectively in improving our performance.

A 360° view, to steer our sales better and anticipate how the market moves.
Walid Abessi Marketing and Sales Director of the Lilas group

With Smart MERCHANDISING we have taken a real step forward in steering our commercial activity in the field.

Our teams now have a 360° view of our sales, our presence in points of sale and how our commercial actions are carried out across the supermarket network. Thanks to data collected directly in the field, we can follow in real time the availability of our products, our shelf presence, our performance and how our position evolves against the competition.

Competitive intelligence is a real asset too. We hold reliable, up-to-date information on the market, which lets us spot changes quickly, detect opportunities and adjust our commercial decisions at the right moment.

Smart MERCHANDISING thus lets us master our field activity, improve our teams' responsiveness and take decisions built on a concrete, current view of the supermarket market.

What we owe our clients

Four commitments, and they are in writing

SYMATIQUE publishes them on its references page. We reproduce them here without rewriting them: a commitment reworded on every page ends up binding no one.

  • Customer satisfaction — meeting the most specific expectations and requirements, and making that an absolute priority
  • Technology market watch — supporting the entire life cycle of a project, from advice through to final delivery
  • Listening and availability — listening, advising, and guiding towards the solutions that match needs and expectations
  • Quality and efficiency — improving our clients' productivity, profitability and responsiveness in their market, and increasing their agility
A trusted address

Reputation and people, and nothing else on the balance sheet

According to Henry Ford, the two most important things do not show up on a company's balance sheet: its reputation and its people. SYMATIQUE opens its references page with that sentence. We have kept its order.

4 commitments, reproduced word for word

What we do not publish

No productivity gain, no return on investment, no percentage that we have not measured ourselves. A reference that needs an invented figure is not one.

One address

24 résidence Mehdi, rue Lac Huron, Les Berges du Lac 1, 1053 Tunis.

This is the address of our head office, and of our teams. Anyone can come and check.

Three SYMATIQUE employees gathered around a laptop in a room at the head office, discussing a screen.

The award, and what it recognises

In 2019 the Forum des DSI singled out a digital transformation carried out with Smart SALES. The sentence that goes with it is not ours: it is signed by the managing director of the group concerned.

Thirteen logos, and a list that does not stop there

The brands shown above are the ones whose logo we publish. They do not sum up our portfolio: they set its tone.

Industries we serve

Six industries, and six ways of being demanding

Business software is not rolled out in the same way in a livestock building, on a production line or in the aisle of a supermarket. SYMATIQUE publishes a page for each of these six areas; what follows sums up what is at stake.

  • AgricultureDigital technologies are being brought to bear here to move from trials to full scale, and to reach rural holdings themselves.
  • LivestockSelection and improvement, long a matter of slow timescales and technical constraints, are becoming a matter of analysis and data.
  • HealthcareE-health rests on two information systems, that of healthcare and that of the hospital, and on the organisation of the flows that run through them.
  • ManufacturingProduction and logistics come together across the whole value chain, from the initial idea through to maintenance and recycling.
  • Large-scale retailA sector that has never stopped adopting new technology, and always for the same reason: the consumer.
  • TradeOnline selling is no longer a hypothesis: it is now part of the turnover of retail outlets.
From the first meeting to support

Eight stages, and the last one never stops

SYMATIQUE scrolls these eight words in a banner on its references page. Here they are laid flat, put back into the order of a project.

  • Planning
  • Design
  • Development
  • Quality
  • Interfacing
  • Integration
  • Training
  • 24/7 Support

The eighth is the only one with no end date: support is announced around the clock. It is also the only one that is judged after signature, not before — which is why it appears on this page rather than in a brochure.
